Question : Where do our flowers come from?
Answer : We have flowers and foliages from all over the world. We use our own orchids and foliages grown by our parent company, Premium Orchids. If you're looking for something unique, talk to us and we'll see what we can do with our international connections :)

Question : Does The Flower Factory do Customization?
Answer : Yes we do! We do a variety of customized arrangements depending on the budget, style, color schemes and preferences of customers. Have something in mind? Talk to us to discuss!

Question : Can I get a message card?
Answer : We have complimentary message cards for all our products - from daily bouquets, to opening stands and more. Just leave us a note with the message you'll like to include and we'll attach it on our message card for you.

Question : I would like some flowers in my office/living space/resturant and I would like to have them freshly delivered and changed every week. Would you guys be able to do that?
Answer : We do standing deliveries for offices, hotels and personal spaces. Contact us to find out more.

Question : I have an urgent order to be delivered in 24 hours. Can you do that?
Answer : We take in urgent orders all the time. WhatsApp or call us what you need and when you'll need it and we'll get it prepared for you as best as we can.

Question : What if I made a mistake in my order?
Answer : Call, whatsapp or email us immediately! Let us know your order ID for us to quickly sort it out for you.

Question : Can I get some tips regarding my plants?
Answer : Yess sure! Just WhatsApp or call in and we'll help diagnose what's happening to your plants :)
