Delivery & Returns


Our products are delivered personally by us and our professional in-house delivery officers. The Flower Factory will not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or non-delivery of orders under any of the following circumstances:-

  1. The recipient was not present at the address given within the hours during which delivery was requested.
  2. An incorrect address was provided.
  3. No such person was at the given address.
  4. No valid contact number was provided to reasonably attempt to contact the recipient to make the delivery.

In the event of such a case, the order will be returned back to our shop. We will not make an attempt to do the delivery again unless contacted by the recipient. For subsequent attempt or redirection of orders, a surcharge of SGD $15.00 is applicable.

In the event the recipient is not available to personally receive the flowers and have instructed us to leave the flowers at the reception or doorstep, we will not be held responsible for the goods there after.

In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price of the product will still be payable.

Delivery Timing

We deliver from 10.00AM to 6.00PM everyday. Please indicate your preferred delivery time frame during checkout. We reserve the right to deliver the item at our convenience if no delivery timing was indicated. Please contact us immediately for any changes in delivery timing.

Kindly note that while we strive our best to deliver at the stipulated timing indicated, we are also subjected to external circumstances like unforeseen traffic conditions. We strongly advise customers to provide us with a minimum 1 hour time frame for the delivery to be made to cater to such unforeseen circumstances. 

In the event that the delivery is delayed, we will try our best to reach out and inform the recipient of the delay in delivery, subjected to availability. 

Same-day Delivery

We provide same-day deliveries for orders made before 12pm daily. Kindly allow a minimum delivery timeframe of 3 hours to be provided. In the event that a specific timing is indicated, we are not obliged to inform you of the delay unless or otherwise the delivery exceeds a 3 hour time-frame from your indicated time. 

Changes In Delivery Timing

Any changes made to the delivery timing has to be done at least 24 hours in advance. After which, any changes are subject to an additional fee of $10 once delivery has been arranged.

Prior notification of at least 1 day in advance is required if customers wish to change delivery to self-collection and vice versa.

Delivery Charges

*In lieu of the COVID-19 Situation, we have waived all delivery charges and will continue to do so until further notice. We reserve the right to make changes to our delivery charges at any time at our discretion, without prior notice or obligations to you. 

From 1030am-530pm,
Weekday (Mon-Sat) : SGD $12
Weekend (Sun & Public Holiday) : SGD $20

For Deliveries before 1030am and/or after 530pm,
Weekday (Mon-Sat) : SGD $18
Weekend (Sun & Public Holiday)  : $20

Restricted Area Charges
Kindly note that an additional surcharge of SGD$5.00 will be levied for the following restricted areas :

– Airport Passenger Terminals & Cargo Complexes
– All Military Camp All PSA Ports, Including Singapore Cruise Centre
– Sentosa, Tuas, Gul Road and Pioneer Road
– Jurong Island

Peak Period Delivery

For peak seasons including but not limited to Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, additional surcharge for delivery will be imposed. A minimum delivery timeframe of 6 hours is recommended to be provided. In the event that a specific timing is indicated, we are not obliged to inform you of the delay unless or otherwise the delivery exceeds a  3 hour time-frame from your indicated time. 

The Flower Factory reserves full rights to amend its delivery terms and condition at any one time, without prior notice.
