Our promise to you

Operating and delivery hours are 10am to 10pm daily, except Wednesday, our rest day. The cut-off for same-day orders is 6pm.

The Flower Factory guarantees same-day delivery within the stipulated time frame. The Flower Factory will not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from late delivery or non-delivery in any of these circumstances:

1. The recipient is not at the given address during the requested delivery hours.
2. An incorrect address is provided.
3. No such person is at the given address.
4. No valid contact number is provided to reasonably attempt to contact the recipient for delivery.

If the address is incorrect, the flowers will return to our shop. If the address is correct but nobody answers, we will leave the flowers at the door.

We check each bouquet’s condition before dispatch. The Flower Factory is not obliged to send photos of finished bouquets, especially during peak periods. We will try our best to provide them if requested.

Self-collection

You may collect your flowers from our shop at 107 Joo Chiat Road.

Collection is available from 10am to 10pm daily. The studio is closed on Wednesday, our rest day.

Please keep to your appointment time and inform us 60 minutes in advance of any delay or change of plans.

We reserve the right to cancel or change appointments if unforeseen situations arise. We will update you and make alternative arrangements.

Substitution

Our creative florist team designs each flower arrangement and our professional delivery officers deliver it. We guarantee a fresh, beautiful bouquet every time. Substitutions may occasionally be necessary because of seasonality or flower condition.

When a substitution is necessary, our professional florists will maintain the arrangement’s look. They will pay particular attention to its overall shape, size, style and colour combination.

We reserve the right to make substitutions when required at our discretion, without prior notice or obligations to you.

Cancellation

We understand that plans may change and will try to accommodate cancellation requests. The following conditions apply:

1. For local orders, cancellations must be made more than 72 hours before the requested day of delivery.
2. The full purchase amount applies to cancellation requests received with less than the stipulated notice.

Any other refund request may be accepted or declined at The Flower Factory’s discretion. The Flower Factory reserves the full right to decline a refund request.

Payment

Discount codes and vouchers

1. Enter your discount code before checkout for it to be valid. No refund will be made if the code is not entered at the point of purchase.
2. Discount codes may or may not have an expiry date. You will be informed accordingly.
3. Discount codes cannot be extended.
4. Orders placed using discounts are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

The Flower Factory reserves the full right to amend its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
