Our Promise to You

At The Flower Factory, we guarantee that the flowers will be delivered the same day within the stipulated time frame. The Flower Factory will not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or non-delivery of orders under any of the following circumstances:-

  1. The recipient was not present at the address given within the hours during which delivery was requested.
  2. Incorrect address was provided.
  3. No such person was at the given address.
  4. No valid contact number was provided  to reasonably attempt to contact to recipient to make delivery.

The Flower Factory is in no way obliged to send photos of the finished bouquet to customers, especially during peak periods as we conduct quality checks to ensure bouquets are in good condition before sending them out. However we will try our best to do so if requested. 


You may choose to have your flowers collected personally from our flower studio at 11 Woodlands Close #01-01 S737853. Self-collection of flowers is available at our flower studio at the following time slots,

Mon – Friday : 10am – 6pm
PH : Closed

We seek your corporation to stick to your appointment time-slots. Please inform us 60 min in advance should there be a delay or change in plans required. 

We reserve the right to cancel/change any appointments should unforeseen situations arise. In such situations, we will update you accordingly and make alternative arrangements.


Each flower is designed by our creative florist team and delivered by our professional delivery officers. While we guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful bouquet every time, substitutions may be necessary on occasion due to the seasonal nature of flowers and flower condition.When substitution is necessary, our professional florists will ensure that the arrangement looks will be maintained, with our florists paying special attention to the overall shape, size, style and colour combination.

We reserve the right to substitute as  and when required at our discretion, without prior notice or obligations to you.


We understand your plans may change and orders may need to be cancelled. We would want to be able to accommodate your requests as best as we can. Please note the following:

  1. Cancellations must be made more than 72 hours before the requested day of delivery for local orders.
  2. For cancellation request received less than the stipulated time, the full purchase amount will apply.

Any other refund requests made will be accepted or declined at The Flower Factory’s own discretion. The Flower Factory reserves full rights to decline a refund request.

*Working days are defined as Mondays to Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm.



  1. If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
  2. Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly. 
  3. Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
  4. Orders placed using discounts are not applicable for exchange and returns.

The Flower Factory reserves full rights to amend it’s terms and conditions at any one time, without prior notice.
