Operating and delivery hours

Our store and deliveries operate from 10am to 10pm daily, except Wednesday, our rest day.

Free delivery is available within 60 minutes. The cut-off for same-day orders is 6pm on operating days.

In-store pick-ups are available within 60 minutes during operating hours and receive SG$15 off.

For urgent or specific delivery requests, contact us directly. We will do our best to assist.

Delivery policy

Our in-house delivery team handles deliveries personally. The Flower Factory is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

• The recipient being absent from the given address during delivery hours.
• An incorrect or incomplete address.
• No such person at the address.
• No valid contact number being provided.

If the delivery address is incorrect, the flowers will return to our shop. Re-delivery or redirection is available on request for a SG$15 surcharge.

If the address is correct but nobody answers, we will leave the flowers at the door. The Flower Factory is not responsible for the goods thereafter.

Orders cancelled after a delivery attempt remain fully chargeable.

The Flower Factory reserves the right to amend these delivery terms and conditions without prior notice.
