Delivery & Orders
All bouquets come inclusive of standard free delivery (Mon-Sat, 10am-2pm/2pm-6pm).
Same day delivery only for orders placed before 9am.
Specific Timing Deliveries or Urgent Same-day Deliveries will require a delivery surcharge.
Does the order come with a message card and/or bouquet carrier?
All orders will include the following
1. Complimentary Message Card (please fill in upon check-out)
2. Complimentary Bouquet Carrier (Bouquet only)
Flower Care Tips
For Wrapped bouquets – remove from packaging and place in a vase of clean water. Trim stems at an angle, and refresh water daily. With daily care, vase life generally lasts 4-7 days.
For Vase arrangements – rinse stems and vase thoroughly as stems may cloud the water quickly daily. Trim stems at an angle, and refresh water daily.
Display all flowers in a cool area away from direct sunlight, heat sources and wind.
Can I add a vase?
Jars options are available at an additional surcharge. Simply opt for Vase Add-on.
Additional Surcharge may vary depending on
- Size of vase required for respective bouquet
- Size of bouquet and the equivalent flower top-up for a full and cohesive look
Can I request for slight customisations?
Slight customisations (i.e choice of wrapper color, choice of ribbon color) will be possible. For such customisations, simply let us know your special request under additional remarks upon check-out.
Kindly note that we will not be able to do major changes to the overall design. For specific customisations, please refer to our Omakase : Custom-Made or WhatsApp us.
