Operating & Delivery Hours
Store Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday, 10am – 10pm
Deliveries: Free delivery within 60 minutes daily, cut off time 7pm daily.
Pick-up: In-store pick ups are available within 60 minutes and enjoy $15 off.
For urgent or specific delivery requests, please contact us directly – we’ll do our best to assist.
Delivery Policy
Our deliveries are personally handled by our in-house delivery team.
The Flower Factory will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries arising from:
Recipient not present at the given address during delivery hours
Incorrect or incomplete address
No such person at the address
No valid contact number provided
If delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to our studio. Re-delivery or redirection can be arranged upon request, subject to a SG$15 surcharge.
If the recipient instructs us to leave the flowers at the reception or doorstep, The Flower Factory will not be responsible for the goods thereafter.
Orders cancelled after a delivery attempt remain fully chargeable.
The Flower Factory reserves the right to amend these delivery terms and conditions without prior notice.
